Refunds & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

At Mojewala, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy refund to understand the process:

Socks are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, contact us.

Return Period: Returns should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

In case of a return, product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with. 

Mojewala will not accept returns if the product is damaged in any way or is returned without original packing including price tags, labels etc. All returns must pass the required quality check.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at hellomojewala@gmail.com.
  2. We'll ask for images of the product to verify your claim.
  3. After verification, we'll start the return process. Once we get the product back, we'll check its quality and proceed with a refund or exchange.
  4. Please note, we don't refund shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) charges.

Refund Method: For Prepaid Orders:

  • We'll refund using the same payment method.
  • Expect the refund in 5-7 working days. It may take 2-3 more days to appear in your account.
  • Refund starts after we receive the product.

For COD Orders:

  • We'll need you to confirm your payment details via email.
  • Refund process takes 5-7 working days after verifying your claim and details.
